A community set between the sea and mountains
of Haida Gwaii
Our community offers visitors and residents alike a unique opportunity for outdoor life experiences as well as the comfort and accessibility of a wide choice of restaurants, businesses and accommodations. We are a friendly community (945 population) with
hospital, school and churches. We are loggers, artists, fishermen, government workers and much more.
The Village is inviting comment on the Community Public Places Bylaw No. 88-2015 which was given 1st reading on October 19, 2015. The purpose of this bylaw is to establish regulations governing the use of Community Public Places on property owned or held by the Village of Queen Charlotte for recreation or community/public uses.
Community Public Places Bylaw No. 88-2015 will be on the agenda as a discussion topic at the Village of Queen Charlotte Regular Council meeting to be held December 7, 2015 at 7.30pm. Questions and comments can be directed to the CAO Lori Wiedeman email@example.com
